Meet the Team

Our operations team has an average of 8 years experience in the incentive and meetings industry and each brings a different specialty to the group. Five of our team members are Certified Meeting Professionals and the other three are currently completing their studies.

Here is some information on some of the key members of the team with whom you will be working!

Jen has managed a variety of events for both corporations and associations.  Jen gained her CMP designation in 2002.  Her forte is special event planning.

Phil is the Vice President of Operations and as such will be involved in your group as he oversees all programs managed by Talking Point.  Phil has been in the industry for 16 years and gained his CMP in 2001.

Sara has worked for Talking Point for 14 years and heads the operation.  She became a certified meeting professional in 2000 and is fluent in French and German.  Sara focuses on customer service, a continuous improvement policy and is a Chicago restaurant connoisseur.

All the team is actively involved in Meeting Professionals International and the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau.
